Sandpoint, ID to Billings, MT, Sunday, July 23, 2017

We awoke early at Rex's house at Schweitzer Ski Resort near Sandpoint, ID and headed north on 95 to Bonner's Ferry. There we viewed the Moyie River Canyon and dam before we headed to Kootenai Falls which was a feature I had been anticipating since May. It certainly met our expectations. After a while we bid the Cascades goodbye and journeyed through the high desert of Montana and clipped the southern end of Glacier National Park before joining I-90 to Billings. /hugh
