Dungeness Natl Wildlife Refuge, WA

At the top of the Olympic Penninsula is the Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge. This leads down to the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the very long Dungeness Spit with it's lighthouse miles out the ever-growing spit. We came upon this bald eagle just above head high watching for fish. /hugh
