Bomber Command, Nanton, AB
Friday, June 9, 2017

I was driving from Sandpoint, Idaho to Calgary, Alberta when I saw a WWII bomber by the road. I turned off an found this was one of only four Avro Lancaster British bombers in existence. There is a wonderful air museum here. This volunteer museum closes at 4 pm and it was after 9pm when I stopped. A volunteer named Gavin saw me and opened the museum and gave me a guided tour. This was a wonderful museum! /hugh
