Susan's Story, SE Asia, S China Sea & Down Under Cruise, Feb 2017
Our first trip to Cairns so we started out with a walk on the Esplanade, then a trip to RainForestStation and a Duck tour. Our finale was the scenic rail journey from Kuranda to Freshwater through the rainforest along the Kuranda River gorge. This is the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef but we have been there previously and wanted to explore the other World Heritage site in the area, the rain forest.
