Today we journeyed outside Reykjavik for a tour of the Golden Circle (Gullfoss, Thingvellir, and the geysers of Haukadalur, photos on separate pages), stopped at Efstidalur for ice cream, visited hot springs at a lake, visited Faxi waterfall, and visited a museum of the May 2008 earthquake at Hveragerdi.
